据土耳其卫生部称，由于放宽了冠状病毒的限制，土耳其已于5月20日开始接受来自31个国家的患者。

卫生部的一封正式函中列出了患者的接受条件，进入该国，入院，治疗，出院和隔离规定。

患者将被登记到国际卫生服务公司（USHAS）的病历表中，并在获得预先批准后，将其许可函发送给相关机构。

预批准所需的文件将由USHAS公布。

每个病人最多允许两名服务人员进入该国。

从机场或边境口岸进入土耳其时，患者和随从人员将通过COVID-19PCR测试，或将收取一定费用，抽取样本进行PCR检测。如果病人在本国有COVID-19测试，则患者需要在出行前48小时内进行测试，并携带阴性的COVID-19PCR测试结果纸。

只有COVID-19阴性人员会被接受进入该国。

进入土耳其后，患者及其随从人员将被直医院，不会被安置在其他地方。

ThecountriesincludeIraq,Libya,Azerbaijan,Georgia,Turkmenistan,Uzbekistan,Kazakhstan,Greece,Ukraine,Russia,Djibouti,Algeria,Kosovo,Macedonia,Albania,BosniaandHerzegovina,Romania,Serbia,Bulgaria,Moldova,Somalia,Kuwait,Qatar,Bahrain,Oman,Germany,theU.K.,theNetherlands,Pakistan,Kyrgyzstan,andtheTurkishRepublicofNorthernCyprus.

Thepatientsoforthopedicsandtraumatology,generalsurgery,pediatricsurgery,urology,eyediseases,cardiology,cardiovascularsurgery,surgicaloncology,gynecologiconcologysurgery,medicaloncology,radiationoncology,brainandnervesurgery,hematology,intensivecare,assisted-reproductiontreatmentapplications,organtransplantationandbonemarrowtransplantation,willbeacceptedintothecountry.

ThepatientswillberegisteredtothepatientchartoftheInternationalHealthServicesInc.(USHAS)andfollowingthepre-approval,theirpermissionletterwillbesenttotherelatedinstitutions.

Documentsneededforthepre-approvalwillbeannouncedbyUSHAS.

Atmosttwoattendantsperpatientwillbeallowedintothecountry.

ThepatientsandtheattendantswillgothroughCOVID-19PCRtestorsampleswillbetakenforthePCRtestforafee,whenenteringTurkeyfromtheairportsorbordergates.

IfthereisCOVID-19testavailableintheirhomecountry,patientsarerequiredtotakethetestwithin48hourspriortotheirtravelandbringnegativeCOVID-19PCRtestresultpaperalongwiththem.

OnlyCOVID-19negativeindividualswillbeacceptedintothecountry.

AfterenteringTurkey,thepatientsandtheirattendantswillbedirectlytakentothehospitalwheretheyhaveanappointmentandtheywillnotbeac
